How can we serve everyone with love when we are struggling with the absence of love (which needs to be awakened from the dormant state)?

When we speak about love Or Bhakti. It's always understood that there are two types. Pure and unalloyed which is attained at the stage of perfection. And impure, yet present in the conditioned stage.

We cannot deny the love in this world. It's there but misdirected...

Love amongst family members, friends, spouses etc.

So we start from where we are,

There's no absence of love, it's only mixed. All we have to do is purify it by bringing Krsna into the center.
